    Because our items are mystery-based and scooped at random, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, duplicates, or unpacked surprises.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    Email us with your order number and clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
